My own journey with acne was not an easy one. I spent years feeling defeated. Through persistence, education, and finding the right approach, I transformed not only my skin but my confidence. This personal experience ignited my passion for skincare and led me to pursue a career as an esthetician, so I could help others navigate their own skin journeys. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Skintuition by K, I strive to provide personalized care and attention to every client. To ensure smooth operations and fairness, the following booking and cancellation policies are in place: Booking Policy: • A card will be required when booking, but will not be charged unless cancellation/no show. This card will be charged after the completion of the service. Cancellation Policy: • If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through GlossGenius. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 30% of the service cost to the card on file. No-Call/No-Show Policy: • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file. • Any client who no-calls/no-shows will be permanently banned from booking future appointments. These policies are in place to respect both my time and the time of other clients. Thank you for understanding and adhering to these guidelines!
